The Imperial War Museum , designed by Daniel Liebeskind, has an all-round metal look with light blue sky reflecting off it. This building was designed with noisy architecture with quite a strange shape and made with aluminium, representing a globe shattered by conflict. The museum has quite a disfigured appearance because the architect, Daniel Liebeskind broke a teapot and used the biggest pieces for the initial design.

The original budget for this building was £40 million however it was completed with £28.5 million spent. The building took just over 4 years before it was open to the public. In my opinion the strange architecture makes the museum more interesting and helps the atmosphere around it. “create a building with emotionally moved the soul of the visitor towards a sometimes unexpected realization”
